Attorney Miller received her law degree in 1989 with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law where she was an editor of the Connecticut Law Review. She also has a B.A. in urban affairs from George Washington University.  She has practiced with several law firms in the Greater Hartford area.  She is a member of the Elder Law, and Estates and Probate sections of the Connecticut Bar Association.  While Attorney Miller (who prefers to be addressed as Lily) strives to take great care of her clients, her priority is always her family.  In her free time, Lily works with her church, Trinity Episcopal Hartford’s outreach programs and she likes to bike and cross-country ski with family and friends.  She also likes to cook and is always interested in creating new recipes.

Justina is the Client Services Coordinator for Babins Miller, LLC making sure that the client’s needs are always taken care of.  When Justina retired from Aetna after thirty-eight years in the Pension Department, Lily asked her to help with the law practice.  Justina and Lily have been friends for over 30 years having met at Church of the Good Shepherd in Hartford, where Justina has been the treasurer for most of those 30 years.  Justina is still active in her church and loves to dance, spend time with friends and family and to dote on her dog, Yogi.
